Estrella Warbird Museum Ride

CE – THIS IS A CLOSED RIDE TO THE PUBLIC. MEMBERS MAY BRING TWO GUESTS WITH THEM.

PLEASE ARRIVE 20 – 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE PRE-RIDE BRIEFING! (This will allow you time to visit other riders, use the restroom, fuel up, get a cup of coffee, etc.)

PLEASE BRING YOUR SM HOG MEMBERSHIP CARD FOR CURRENT STATUS!

The final destination/termination point for this ride is the The Estrella Warbirds Museum @ 4251 Dry Creek Rd, Paso Robles, CA 93446

We will depart the Santa Maria Harley-Davidson and head north on Highway 101 and exit E. Branch  through the Village of Arroyo Grande and out towards Lopez Lake.

We will go all the way to the Lopez guard shack and then head back down the hill. The group will turn right on Orcutt Road.

We will proceed to Johnson Ave (North) in SLO. Left on California Blvd and right on Monterey St to US 101 North.

Exit US 101 at Hwy 46 East.

Left on Airport Road and right on Dry Creek Road to the Entrance to the Estrella Warbird Museum where we will park on the tarmac with the planes!

Please park in a semi-organized semicircle and stand by your bike so we can get a good group photo.

Then we are free to explore the Warbird Museum and Woodlands Auto Collection of vintage, classic, and historic vehicles – including some spectacular racing vehicles. The Warbird Museum also has an FA/18 flight simulator! So there is plenty to do and see here.

The amount of time you spend at the museum us up totally up to you since this is the termination point of the ride. I am planning to bring a sack lunch and I encourage you to do the same and join us out at one of the picnic tables among the planes.

*There is a $15 per person fee to access the museum if there are 10 or less people or there is a $13 per person fee if there are 10 or more people, I will be collecting this at the ride briefing, so please bring cash.
