Floriano’s Mexican Food Late Lunch Ride

IF YOU CANNOT ARRIVE TO THE DEPARTURE POINT 20 MINUTES BEFORE THE PRE-RIDE BRIEFING PLEASE DO NOT SIGNUP FOR MY RIDE. THIS IS OUT OF RESPECT TO THOSE RIDERS THAT CAN MAKE IT ON TIME AND ARE READY TO GO WHEN THE PRE-RIDE BRIEFING IS COMPLETED AND SHOWING UP LATE IS UNACCEPTABLE.
CE – THIS IS A CLOSED RIDE TO THE PUBLIC. MEMBERS MAY BRING TWO GUESTS WITH THEM.
PLEASE ARRIVE 20 – 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE PRE-RIDE BRIEFING! (This will allow you time to visit other riders, use the restroom, fuel up, get a cup of coffee, etc.)
PLEASE BRING YOUR SM HOG MEMBERSHIP CARD FOR CURRENT STATUS!
Ride Rating: Nice & Easy
I have moved this ride up by 15-minutes to get us to the restaurant, order our food, have some social time, eat our meals and get the heck out of town! The restaurant closes at 3 pm on Sunday’s it would be helpful to the staff if we get there just a few minutes earlier than originally planned.
After our pre-departure briefing we will leave the Chevron parking lot and turn right and cross traffic to the left hand turn lane. There is a blind corner to the left. We will turn left at the traffic light and head to the Highway 101 south on ramp and travel a short distance to the E. Union Valley Parkway exit. We will head west traveling through two traffic signals to Highway 135. At the traffic light we will turn left and head towards Lompoc / Vandenberg Space Force Base and then take the Highway 1 exit at the 135 / 1 split. At the traffic signal at the main gate of Vandenberg Space Force Base we will turn left and travel past the base, Vandenberg Village, and Alan Hancock College and at the WYE we will exit to the right and travel down the hill into Lompoc. We will get in the left hand lane as we come into town and at the third traffic light (H Street / Barton Avenue) we will turn left and then make an immediate right into the Floriano’s parking lot and find parking.
To expedite our ordering when we arrive at Floriano’s it would be helpful if you look over the menu from the link provided below ahead of time. They close at 3 pm.
Floriano’s will be our destination / termination point for this ride.
