We will depart at 8:30 am from the old K-Mart Parking lot. After our pre-ride briefing at 8:20 am and we will head north on Highway 101 to the Chevron / McDonald’s on Highway 46 west where I will pick up north county riders and provide a full pre-ride briefing.
After we fuel up, take a break and I brief any riders we pick up there we will then get back on Highway 101 to Highway 46 East. We will break off onto Highway 33 and head to Avenal where we will turn right onto Highway 269 crossing Highway 5 continuing north to West Dorris Street (Highway 198) where we will take a left and continue west to our destination, Harris Ranch. We will head to the Shell Station and top off tanks before eating lunch there.
After lunch we will leave Harris Ranch and travel west on Highway 198. We will continue traveling west on Highway 198 through Coalinga and then we will work off that lunch as we encounter a nice twisty and terrain changing road. We will head west and get back on Highway 101 and head south and back to Santa Maria Harley-Davidson or to your own destination. The Chevron Station in San Miguel will be our termination point for our ride.
