Loading Chute Lunch Ride

CE – THIS IS A CLOSED RIDE TO THE PUBLIC. MEMBERS MAY BRING TWO GUESTS WITH THEM.
PLEASE ARRIVE 20 – 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE PRE-RIDE BRIEFING! (This will allow you time to visit other riders, use the restroom, fuel up, get a cup of coffee, etc.)
PLEASE BRING YOUR SM HOG MEMBERSHIP CARD FOR CURRENT STATUS!

The Loading Chute will be the destination/termination point for this ride.
This is one of my favorite rides and destination for fellowship and food. We will meet at Santa Maria Chevron and after the pre-ride briefing, we will make our way there via the flowing route:
We will exit Chevron by making a right onto South College Drive, paying close attention to the oncoming traffic to our left. At Santa Maria Way, we will turn left and follow it to Highway 101 north. We will exit at Traffic Way in Arroyo Grande and follow to Poole Street where we will make a right. We will turn left at Mason then a right onto East Branch Street. We will then take Highway 227/Corbet Canyon Road towards San Luis Obispo. At Buckley Road we will make a left and follow it to South Higuera where we will turn left. We will enter Highway 101 and head North. Exiting at El Camino Reale/Highway 58 we will pass through Santa Margarita and then turn left at Highway 229. Following the Highway to our destination in Creston on the left.
Though the ride will terminate at the Loading Chute, those who wish to can ride with me back to the Santa Maria Area via Highway 41 West (another beautiful ride).
