Palo Mesa Pizza Late Lunch Ride ~ Canceled :-(

CE – THIS IS A CLOSED RIDE TO THE PUBLIC. MEMBERS MAY BRING ONE GUEST WITH THEM.

PLEASE ARRIVE 20 – 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE PRE-RIDE BRIEFING! (This will allow you time to visit other riders, use the restroom, fuel up, get a cup of coffee, etc.)

PLEASE BRING YOUR SM HOG MEMBERSHIP CARD FOR CURRENT STATUS!

Leaving Pappy’s parking lot we will make a right on Betteravia and head towards the Highway 101 on-ramp and head north.  We will take the Donovan Road exit and we will make a right turn at the traffic light.  We will continue on E. Donovan until we come to the E. Donovan Road / Suey Crossing Road / Panther Drive and Bull Canyon Road junction.  We will make a left turn onto Bull Canyon Road.   There are some nice easy twisties through farm country and we will travel in a single file formation until the stop sign at the cross road of Highway 166 where we will make a left onto Highway 166 towards and head west towards Santa Maria.  At the stop sign we will make a right turn onto S. Thompson Avenue.  We will stay on S. Thompson Avenue and travel through the east side of  Nipomo and more farmland.  The road turns into Los Berros Canyon Road under the Highway 101 overpass.   We will stay on Los Berros Road and we will encounter some tight curves which are great on the bike.  We will be in single file formation on this stretch of road.   As we come to the stop sign we will make a left turn on Valley Road.   We will stay on Valley Road to the next stop sign. We will make a left on Highway 1, staying on Highway 1 going through some trees and up the hill and and we will make a left turn into the parking lot just before the traffic light. This is the destination stop, Palo Mesa Pizza.   They have a great variety of food to choose from.

The 25th of March will be the cutoff for signups.  After this cutoff date you are on your own.  Sometimes they may make exceptions but not all the time so be sure to sign up on the website.
