YOU MUST SIGNUP FOR THIS RIDE BY TUESDAY, JULY 26TH TO BE GUARANTEED A FREE LUNCH AT THE EVENT! AFTER THAT DATE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A LUNCH. THIS IS DUE TO OUR PLANNING PURPOSES FOR PURCHASING THE NEEDED FOOD.
ONLY THE RIDERS WHO PARTICIPATE, THE BBQ CREW, AND FOOD AND DRINK SERVERS WILL BE ABLE TO PARTAKE IN THE LUNCH. IF YOU JUST SHOW UP….YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAVE LUNCH.
O – THIS IS AN OPEN RIDE SO ANYONE ON ANY BRAND OF BIKE CAN ATTEND HOWEVER, A RELEASE FORM MUST BE COMPLETED AND BROUGHT WITH YOU BEFORE GOING ON THIS RIDE! NO RELEASE FORM…..NO RIDING WITH THE GROUP. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Plans are in the works for receiving the flag from the south on this day. The route for this year’s Tour has been reversed from previous years and we will be receiving the flag from the south this year and the Calabasas / Rock Store group. We will be meeting the group in Buellton and escorting them to Santa Maria Harley-Davidson. The flag ceremony will take place shortly after our arrival time at the dealership and it would be great to see a lot of members at this event to show support. Participants will be giving a wristband that they must show at the dealership to receive a free lunch courtesy of the Chapter. No wristband….no lunch. In the past we have lacked the support I would expect from our Chapter for such an event so I would like to see that change this year.
Santa Maria Harley-Davidson will be the destination / termination point for this ride.
THERE HAS BEEN A CHANGE ON WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR YOU TO GO ON THIS RIDE. THIS IS AS OF SUNDAY, JULY 10TH AND HAS BEEN CLARIFIED WITH EMAILS BETWEEN PHIL AND RICK BITZER, VP NoP. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE PATRIOT TOUR RELEASE FORM FOUND BELOW OR YOUR REGISTRATION FROM THE NoP WEBSITE AND BRING IT WITH YOU TO BE ABLE TO ATTEND THIS RIDE. IF YOU DO NOT BRING THE FORM WITH YOU THEN YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RIDE WITH THE GROUP. THIS IS FOR THE PROTECTION OF YOU AND NoP. NO EXCEPTIONS! ALSO, IF YOU PLAN ON RIDING ON DAY 2 YOU WILL NEED ANOTHER RELEASE FROM FROM NoP (Patriot Tour Release form or NoP website Registration / Release form). THIS HAS BEEN CLARIFIED WITH NoP. IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED WITH NoP ONLINE THEN YOU CAN STILL USE THAT REGISTRATION INSTEAD OF THE PDF FORM.
