Clark Avenue in Orcutt near Highway 101\n\n[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]CE – THIS IS A CLOSED RIDE TO THE PUBLIC. MEMBERS MAY BRING TWO GUESTS WITH THEM. \nPLEASE ARRIVE 20 – 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE PRE-RIDE BRIEFING! (This will allow you time to visit other riders\, use the restroom\, fuel up\, get a cup of coffee\, etc.) \nPLEASE BRING YOUR SM HOG MEMBERSHIP CARD FOR CURRENT STATUS![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image source=”featured_image” img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]Ride Rating: Moderate\n \nAs a reminder\, most of the parking lot curbing is marked as a Fire Lane at the Chevron Station so do not park there.  We will park in the Grocery Outlet parking located west of the Chevron Station.  After the pre-ride briefing we will head to the traffic light on E. Clark Avenue.  I will wait for it to go green so we can try and keep the group together.  We will make a right turn and then go over the Highway 101 overpass and make a left at the traffic light and get on the Highway 101 northbound on ramp.  We will stay on Highway 101 traveling through Santa Maria\, Nipomo\, Arroyo Grande\, SLO\, Atascadero\, and take the Highway 46 west off ramp.  We will make a right turn and then a quick left turn and pull into the McChevron (Chevron / McDonalds) for fuel\, a break and pick up any north county riders that I will provide a pre-ride briefing too. \nAfter taking on fuel and a rest break we will head to the traffic light and make a right onto Highway 46 west. We will stay on Highway 46 west until we turn left onto Old Creek Road.  There will be some areas we will have to get into a single file.  Staying on Old Creek Road (watching out for bicyclists) we will come to Highway 1 where we will make a right turn. Once on Highway 1 we will go through Cayucos and stop at the Shell Station on the north side of Cambria to top off our tanks.  Back on the bikes we will head to the traffic light\, make a left then an immediate right back onto Highway 1.  We will stay on Highway 1 to our destination Ragged Point. \nThere are a couple of places to eat whether it be the Restaurant where you can eat inside or out by the fire pit\, or the Hamburger place.  Different times of the year they have an outside Bar-b-q also going.
