Kickstands Up at 8:30 am. \nFrom the parking lot: \nRight on Nicholson Ave. \nThrough the light onto the Highway 101 northbound on ramp. \nExit at Highway 166\, turn right continuing east on Highway 166. \nStopping at the New Cuyama Park for a bathroom break. \nContinuing east on Highway 166. \nLeft on Old River Road. \nRight on Bear Mountain Boulevard / Hwy 223. \nStop at the Wheeler Ridge Shell Station prior to Arvin for gas. (118 miles). \nContinuing east on Highway 223 to Arvin. \nLeft on North Comanche Drive. \nRight on Highway 178. \nStopping at Lake Isabella for gas and breakfast at the Dam Korner Café (50 miles). \nContinuing east on Highway 178. \nLeft on Highway 14 heading north. \nHighway 14 will turn into Highway 395. \nStopping at Olancha for gas. (92 miles). \nRight on Highway 190 heading east going through Death Valley. \nLeft on Scotty’s Castle Road. \nRight on Daylight Pass Road which turns into Highway 374. \nArriving at Beatty\, Nevada (119 miles). \nWe will fuel at the station next to the Stage Coach Hotel. \nWe have arrived at our destination and termination point for day 1. \nWe can discuss dinner plans at that time. \nDay 2: \nWest on Highway 374. \nStopping at the welcome to Death Valley sign for a quick photo (9.5 miles). \nWe are going to head south on Highway 190 making several stops. \nHarmony Borax Works \nFurnace Creek Store \nZabriskie Point \nDante’s View \nLongstreet Casino for gas and lunch (82 miles). \nWest on Highway 127. \nStopping at the Amargosa Opera House \nRight on Highway 178 / Jubilee Pass Road heading north. \nBad Water Basin – which currently has water I am told. \nArtists Palette \nContinue north to Highway 190 to Highway 374 and back to Beatty (150 miles). \nWe have arrived at our destination and termination point for day 2. \nDay 3: \nOur return route: West on Highway 374 which turns into Highway 190. \nStopping at the Father Crowley Overlook for a bathroom break. \nContinuing west on Highway 190. \nSouth on Highway 395 to Olancha where we will stop for gas (119 miles). \nContinuing south on Highway 395 \nRight on Highway 58 west to Tehachapi for gas and lunch (103 miles). \nAfter lunch\, continue west on Highway 58 to Highway 223 and turn left. \nTravel through Arvin\, stopping at the Wheeler Ridge Shell Station for gas (35 miles). \nContinue west on Highway 223\, \nLeft on Old River Road. \nRight on Highway 166 taking us back to the Santa Maria area (113 miles) which is our termination point for day 3. \nWe have 12 rooms reserved at the Stage Coach Hotel in Beatty NV.  Rooms must be Reserved prior to MARCH 10th or they will be given away to another group. \nTo make reservations for lodging at the Stage Coach Hotel\, call (775) 553-2419. \n* Tell them you are from the Santa Maria HOG Group.  Use code: SMHOG2026 to book online.  \nThe cost will be $98.10/per night including tax. \n*They offer Cancellation 48 hours prior to check-in. \nIf you have any questions\, please give me a call at (207) 240-2081. \nBlessings\, \nPappy[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

After the briefing we will turn right out of the parking lot onto Preisker and go a short distance to N Broadway. I will wait at the light until it is green so we can all get onto N Broadway and we will turn right and head to the Highway 101 northbound entrance ramp and travel 13.1 miles to Exit 187 / Highway 227 / Grand Avenue where we will exit to the traffic signal. \nWe will turn right and travel east on W. Branch to the 3-way stop and turn right onto Huasna Road which turns into Lopez Drive as we head east.  We will take Lopez Drive to Orcutt Road and turn left onto Orcutt Road. (5.1 miles) As we travel through wine country\, we will hit a lot of elevation changes and twisties along the route. \nOrcutt Road will turn into Tank Farm Road\, and we will travel to S. Higuera and turn right at the traffic signal. (9.0 miles)  We will travel north 1.5 miles on S Higuera and at the traffic light at Madonna Road we will turn left and then right onto Highway 101 north on ramp. We will take Highway 101 north up Cuesta Grade to the Highway 58 exit (17.1 miles) and travel through Santa Margarita to Highway 229 (15.5 miles). We will experience a lot of twisties on this stretch of road\, and we’ll stay to the right of the lane due to several narrow areas of the road\, and this will take up to Creston and to Highway 41. \nWe will then turn left on Highway 41 and travel west to Cripple Creek Road and turn right (2.8 miles). It is a very short distance to our next turn\, and we will make a left turn onto El Pomar Drive. As we are near Templeton this road turns into Templeton Road.  At the traffic light we will turn right onto S Main Street (9.8 miles) and ride into Templeton and travel a short distance to our destination\, Jacks Bar and Grill that will be on the right. We will find parking and this will be our destination / termination point for the ride. Heading for the on ramp going south on Highway 101. Once on the 101 freeway and heading south we will then be taking the Union Valley Parkway exit and we’ll make a right onto Union Valley Parkway. After my pre-ride briefing\, we will leave Santa Maria Harley-Davidson by making a right hand turn out of the parking lot onto Preisker Lane. We will travel to the traffic light on Broadway\, and I will wait for the light to turn green so we can all get through. We will turn right and travel over Highway 101 and onto the northbound on ramp. We will stay on Highway 101 to the Highway 1 exit in San Luis Obispo (29.8 miles). We will drop back quickly on the speed as we make a right turn and then another right turn onto Toro Street and then onto Santa Rosa Street. At the light we will turn right and travel through four traffic lights before things open up for us on Highway 1. We will be on Highway 1 to Morro Bay\, and we will take the Old Creek Road (17.4 miles) in Cayucos where we will turn right. We will stay on Old Creek Road for 9.1 miles as we encounter several elevation changes and twisties. When we come to the stop sign at Highway 46\, we will turn left and travel back towards Highway 1. We will travel west for 11.3 miles with some beautiful scenery along the route and at Highway 1 we will turn right. We will travel the outskirts of Cambria to the north end of town where we will turn left at the traffic light onto Windsor Boulevard and then make an immediate right onto Moonstone Beach Drive. We will be backing off on the speed we will travel to our destination that will be on the right (5.6 miles)\, Moonstone Beach Bar and Grill where we will find parking in the back parking lot or across the street along the shoreline. We will turn right on Hutton Road.  We will continue on to Joshua Street which will turn into Orchard Road.  We will then turn right on Tefft Street and make an immediate left on Pomeroy Road.   We will then turn left on Camino Perillo and then take a right on Chesapeake Place.  After a short distance we will turn right on Zenon Way and then left on S. Halcyon Road.  We will then turn right on Highway 1 and travel to Valley Road and turn right.  We will make a right on Fair Oaks Avenue\, a left on Traffic Way\, a right on Bridge Street and then a right on Nelson Street. After a short distance we will turn left on Mason Street and then make a right on E. Branch Street\, make a left on Corbett Canyon Road / Highway 227 before we make a right on Carpenter Canyon Road / Highway 227.  This road turns into Edna Road / Highway 227.   We will then turn left on Buckley Road\, make a right on South Higuera Street\, and then make a left on Los Osos Valley Road.   We will make a right on Turri Road and this will take us to S. (This will allow you time to visit other riders\, use the restroom\, fuel up\, get a cup of coffee\, etc.) \nPLEASE BRING YOUR SM HOG MEMBERSHIP CARD FOR CURRENT STATUS![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image source=”featured_image” img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]Ride Rating: Moderate\n \nPRBC is the destination / termination point for this ride \nAfter our pre-ride briefing\, we will leave the dealership parking lot and turn right onto Preisker Lane.  At the Broadway traffic light I will wait for the light to turn green so we can all move through the traffic signal onto Broadway by taking a right-hand turn.  We will travel over Highway 101 and head north to Highway 41 / Exit 219 (46.5 miles).  We will turn left at the light and get into the right lane of the two-lane left turn lane.  We will go under Highway 101 and turn right into the Chevron Station for a short break to use the facilities and take on some liquids.  From here we will turn right out of the parking lot and head west on Highway 41 for 16.1 miles until we come to Highway 1 and a four way stop.  We will then get on Highway 1 north on ramp and travel north for 12.8 miles until we turn right onto Old Creek Road in Cayucos. \nWe will travel 9.1 miles over several elevation changes and twisties with some hairpin turns.  This is a well-traveled road so we will be extra cautious on this stretch of road for oncoming traffic as well as wildlife.  This will take us to west Highway 46 where we will make a right-hand turn.  We will travel 6.0 miles to Vineyard Drive and the roundabout\, and we will take the Vineyard Drive exit and travel north 4.8 miles to Peachy Canyon Road where we will once again travel through wine country with lots of elevation changes and twisties.  This will change to Pacific Avenue when we cross Merry Hill Road\, which is a four-way stop (10.1 miles).  The road name changes to Pacific Avenue and we will travel through a residential area and make a right at Olive Street and an immediate left onto 6th Street and this will bring us to Vine Street where we will turn right and travel four (4) blocks to 2nd Street where we will turn left and travel three (3) blocks and turn into the Paso Robles Brewing Company parking lot and find parking.  (Total mileage: 97.2\, 2 hours 6 minutes riding time) \nThis will be our destination / termination point of the ride. \nPaso Robles Brewing Company Menu \nIf you have any questions\, please contact me at 805.757.9202 and if you cannot make the ride after signing up then please cancel out before the cutoff or contact me via text or phone call. \nPhil ‘Rain Man’ Rietz[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”17614″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][/vc_column][/vc_row]

(This will allow you time to visit other riders\, use the restroom\, fuel up\, get a cup of coffee\, etc.) \nPLEASE BRING YOUR SM HOG MEMBERSHIP CARD FOR CURRENT STATUS![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image source=”featured_image” img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]Ride Rating: Nice & Easy \nChomp Burgers will be the destination / termination point for this ride. \nI am incorporating a little change to our normal via direct routes on Late Lunch Rides and adding a little more to the route.  See the map below.  After our pre-ride briefing we will head to Highway 101 and travel south to the Highway 154 exit.  We will head east on Highway 154 and make a left turn at Roblar Avenue.  We will travel a short distance and this road will change to Mora Avenue.  At the stop sign we will turn left onto Baseline Avenue and we will then turn right at the stop sign onto Happy Canyon Road.  At the intersection of Armour Ranch Road we will turn right.  We will come to the round about at Highway 154 / 246 and we will head west on Highway 246 and travel through Santa Ynez.  As we come into Solvang we will turn right at the traffic signal just past the Solvang Veterans Memorial Hall.  Chomp Burgers will be on our left and is located at Mission Drive and Allisal Road.  Parking will be an issue of sorts.  They currently have the parking lot we usually use in the back of the facility closed.  They are remodeling the whole place and plan on making it a small hotel for weddings.  That said\, parking will need to be on either side of the street if available or by turning around and crossing Mission Drive on S.
