NOTE: The restaurant would like to get a good idea of what we might be ordering so that they can ensure that they have enough for the night for us. Such as how many will be having Tri-tip, Ribeye, Pork Chops, Ribs, Chicken, etc. It would be helpful if you could let Richard know what you ‘think’ you might want so you are not told that they are out of it.
