Dutchman’s Seafood House Lunch Ride 1

CE – THIS IS A CLOSED RIDE TO THE PUBLIC. MEMBERS MAY BRING TWO GUEST WITH THEM.

PLEASE ARRIVE 20 – 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE PRE-RIDE BRIEFING! (This will allow you time to visit other riders, use the restroom, fuel up, get a cup of coffee, etc.)

PLEASE BRING YOUR SM HOG MEMBERSHIP CARD FOR CURRENT STATUS!

I have asked Richard to take this ride on since I am not yet able to ride and I did not want to cancel or reschedule the ride.  We will turn right out of the parking lot, cross over the lane to the left hand turn lane, left at the traffic light and pickup the northbound ramp and will head north on Highway 101.  We will head north for 30.7 miles and take the E. Grand Avenue exit and head east and turn left onto Corbett Canyon Road at the three way stop.  We will on Corbett Canyon Road until we pick up Highway 227 and head passing San Luis Obispo Airport and we will make a left on Tank Farm Road, travel west to S. Higuera Street and turn left staying in the right lane.  We will turn right onto Los Osos Valley Road and travel west to Turi Road where we will make a right turn.  We will turn right at S. Bay Boulevard and then will turn right and pickup Highway 1 and head north for a short distance and exit on Morro Bay Boulevard.  We will take the roundabout and travel three blocks and turn left on Piney Way, then right on Pacific Street that will take us to our destination.  We will then make a right on Embarcadero and find parking in the large parking lot across from the restaurant.

I will be making reservations for this lunch ride so it is important that you let me know 1) if you cancel and/or you can do so by removing your name from the attendees or contacting me prior to the ride date please and 2) I will be providing a head count to the restaurant so if you signed up and you have a passenger that is not signed up then I cannot guarantee that they will get a seat so let me know.  You can sign them up or get them to sign up if they are a member with login capabilities.  Bottom line…..let me know!

Dutchman’s will be the termination point for this ride.  Total mileage: 49.0 miles

The return trip if you decide to travel with the group will be back to Highway 1 to Highway 101 and travel south to the Santa Maria area.
