Dutchman’s Seafood Lunch Ride (POSTPONED)

CE – THIS IS A CLOSED RIDE TO THE PUBLIC. MEMBERS MAY BRING TWO GUESTS WITH THEM.

PLEASE ARRIVE 20 – 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE PRE-RIDE BRIEFING! (This will allow you time to visit other riders, use the restroom, fuel up, get a cup of coffee, etc.)

Dutchman’s will be the termination / destination point for this ride.

CUTOFF FOR SIGNUPS FOR THIS RIDE WILL BE NOON, ?????

We will turn right out of the parking lot onto S. College Drive and make our way into the left turn lane.  We will turn left at the traffic light and head to the northbound on ramp to  Highway 101.  We will head north for 20.5 miles and take the E. Grand Avenue / Exit 187A and head east and then turn left onto Corbett Canyon Road / Highway 227 at the three way stop (Portuguese Hall will be in front of us).  After a short distance we will turn left on Printz Street and then make an immediate right  onto Highway 227.  This becomes Highway 227 / Carpenter Canyon Road and we will head north passing San Luis Obispo Airport and we will make a left on Tank Farm Road, travel west to S. Higuera Street and turn left staying in the right lane.  We will turn right onto Los Osos Valley Road and travel west to  S. Bay Boulevard and we will turn right at the traffic light and travel north.  We will turn right and pickup Highway 1 and head north for a short distance and exit on Morro Bay Boulevard.  We will take the roundabout and travel three blocks and turn left on Piney Way, then right on Pacific Street that will take us to our destination.  We will then make a right on Embarcadero and find parking in the large parking lot across from the restaurant.

I will be making reservations for this lunch ride so it is important that you let me know 1) if you cancel and/or you can do so by removing your name from the attendees or contacting me prior to the ride date please and 2) I will be providing a head count to the restaurant so if you signed up and you have a passenger that is not signed up then I cannot guarantee that they will get a seat so let me know.  You can sign them up or get them to sign up if they are a member with login capabilities.  Bottom line…..let me know!

The return trip if you decide to travel with the group will be back to Highway 1 to Highway 101 and travel south to the Santa Maria area.
