The Firestone Walker Taproom will be our final destination / termination point for this ride.
Note that we now have a new departure point for this ride as we are getting away from using the Chevron Station on Santa Maria Way due to Safety concerns. This new departure point will offer us a much safer exit and easy access to Highway 101, going north or south. It is only 2.7 miles further south from the Santa Maria Way location. Most of the parking lot curbing is marked as a Fire Lane and we will NOT be using the Chevron Station parking lot to stage our bikes. The Chevron has a lot more pumps, the Extra Mile convenience store, and if you want to roll through the Car Wash with your bike you can do that too. LOL
We will park in the Grocery Outlet parking lot located behind (west) of the Chevron Station. When you arrive, gas up if needed, use the restrooms, purchase a snack or beverage and then move your bike to the Grocery Outlet parking lot that is west or behind the station. We will all get use to this after a few times of using the new Chevron Station on E. Clark Avenue.

Sorry for the primitive map but Google Maps has not caught up with the new facilities located on E. Clark Avenue.
When we depart we will head to the traffic light on E. Clark. I will wait for it to go green so we can try and keep the group together. We will turn right at the traffic light and then right again onto the southbound on ramp for Highway 101. We will stay on Highway 101 all the way to Buellton where we will take the Avenue of the Flags exit. We will make a left turn at the first cross street (Damassa Road) and cross over Highway 101. We will come to the stop sign and make a left turn onto McMurray Road and our destination will be on the immediate right. We will find parking where available. They currently do not take reservations but at this time of day I would not expect much of a wait time to be seated.
Hope to see you on the ride. If you have any questions please contact me at 805.757.9202
