PLEASE ARRIVE 20 – 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE PRE-RIDE BRIEFING! (This will allow you time to visit other riders, use the restroom, fuel up, get a cup of coffee, etc.)

The return trip to Santa Maria will be our destination / termination point for this ride
After the pre-ride briefing, we will leave the parking lot and at the traffic light we will turn right and go over Highway 101 and get into the left turn lane and at the traffic light we will head north on Highway 101. We will travel for 63.2 miles and exit at the Highway 46 west exit ramp. We will make a right turn and then an immediate left turn and stop at the McChevron (McDonald’s and Chevron) on Ramada Drive. Here we will fuel up, take a break, and pick up any north county riders before continuing.
We will get back onto Ramada Drive and make a right turn and a right turn to get on Highway 101 north once again. We will travel 11 miles and take Mission Drive into San Miguel. We will travel through San Miguel until we make a right turn at the four-way stop onto 14th Street / N River Road. We will travel over the riverbed and make a left turn onto Cross Canyon Road and then an immediate left turn onto Indian Valley Road. After traveling a short distance, we will stay to the left at the ‘Y’ split and continue north on Indian Velley Road. We will travel 23.7 miles through the countryside and at Slacks Canyon Road the road name will change to Peach Tree Road, and we will stay to our left. We will travel another 13.6 miles until we come to Highway 198. Here we will take a short break and take on some fluids before continuing our ride.
After our break we will cross Highway 198 and head north on Highway 25. We will travel 19.1 miles of elevation changes and twisties until we turn left on Bitterwater Road. This will take us into King City after 14.5 miles and we will turn left onto Broadway Street and our destination for lunch will be on the right, El Lugarcito Mexican Restaurant. (Mileage: 147.8 miles)

After lunch we will get back on Broadway Street and travel under the Highway 101 overpass and stay to the left and onto Broadway Circle and the Chevron Station where we will take on fuel and say our goodbyes here. From here back to Santa Maria is 109 miles and for those who want to stop at the McChevron Station at Highway 46 west you may do so or continue on. Santa Maria will be the destination / termination point for this ride. (Total mileage: 258 miles)
