Patriot Tour ~ Day 1

O – THIS IS AN OPEN RIDE TO THE PUBLIC. RIDERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A NOP RELEASE FORM
PLEASE ARRIVE 20 – 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE PRE-RIDE BRIEFING! (This will allow you time to visit other riders, use the restroom, fuel up, get a cup of coffee, etc.)
First things first. I would like to ask that riders, servers, and participants show up at 9 am before the H.O.G. General Membership Meeting, which is at 10 am, to assist with setting up tables, and chairs and we will need help after the event putting things away. If you can help it would be greatly appreciated and please be there around 9:00 am.
If you are a rider, server, or show up for this event to help setup and tear down, YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN UP ON THE WEBSITE BY FRIDAY, AUGUST 14TH, if you would like a free lunch which will consist of Hot Dog, Chips, Cookies, Water or Soda. You will be issued a wristband which lets servers know you are able to receive lunch. No wristband, no lunch. If you sign up after August 14th then we cannot guarantee you a free lunch since we will be purchasing the food the day before the event. This will allow us enough time to purchase the correct amount of food and beverages. Once again….the lunch is only for the SMHOG / Patriot Tour riders, servers, and the Thousand Oaks Group and you must be wearing a wristband that will be provided to you.
As with the last few years we will be receiving the American flag from the Thousand Oaks group down south.
We will meet and escort the group from Buellton. We will escort the Thousand Oaks Riders and the American Flag to SMH-D. This will be the termination point for this ride.
You must bring a signed release form with you or you cannot ride with the group. YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER WITH NoP AND THEIR WEBSITE. JUST DOWNLOAD, PRINT, AND BRING THE RELEASE FORM that is linked below. If you ride to Salinas on Sunday, August 16th you will need a form for that day as well.
This is a NEW form from what has been used in the past. Only this new form will be accepted. If you are NOT riding but you are helping at the dealership with serving, setup, and / or tear down you will still need to fill out a form for liability purposes.
