Charlie’s will be the destination / termination point for this ride.

I will be contacting Charlie’s with a head count on Saturday afternoon, September 12th at 3:00 pm.  If you signup after that time then you are on your own!  Those that signup before this time will be guaranteed seating with the group.

Note that we now have a new departure point for this ride as we are getting away from using the Chevron Station on Santa Maria Way due to Safety concerns.  This new departure point will offer us a much safer exit and easy access to Highway 101, going north or south.  It is only 2.7 miles further south from the Santa Maria Way location.  Most of the parking lot curbing is marked as a Fire Lane.  They have a lot more pumps, the Extra Mile convenience store, and if you want to roll through the Car Wash with your bike you can do that too.  LOL

We will park on the frontage road on the east side of the Chevron Station parking lot.  Back your bike in rather than blocking the road with parking side by side like the old Chevron Station parking lot.  We will all get use to this after a few times of using the new Chevron Station on E. Clark Avenue.  We will follow the road around the south side of the Chevron Station to the traffic light.  I will wait for it to go green so we can try and keep the group together.   We will turn right and then right again on the on ramp and head south on Highway 101 and exit at the Los Alamos exit.  We will turn right and head through town and our destination will be on the right at the west end of town.  Short and simple ride for a little wind therapy and a burger.

Charlie’s Burgers will be our termination / destination point for the ride.
